Employee Resource Administration,
L.P. (ERA) was founded for the specific purpose of providing
professional human resource and administrative services to small and
medium-sized employers. Located in Dallas, Texas, ERA is licensed by
the State of Texas and is in compliance with all regulations of the
Staff Leasing Services Act. The ownership of ERA is comprised of individuals who have spent their entire business careers working in the insurance and administrative fields. This is especially valuable to ERA clients because, unlike most of our competitors, ERA has experts on staff that specialize in risk management, administrative systems, and insurance needs for business. ERA also uses leading edge technology to support its clients, including the premiere computer software system available for professionals in the staff leasing industry. As competitors promote the notion that large numbers of employees producing greater purchasing power is the primary advantage of staff leasing, ERA focuses on its ability to provide greater professional services tailored to the needs of our clients. While providing competitive insurance products to our clients, ERA does not rely upon low insurance costs to market its services.
